01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Game P999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the Game P999 website, mobile application and any related services.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily as an adult for entertainment purposes.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with Game P999.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Game P999, you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Game P999 takes this requirement seriously and will request CNIC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• You must register using your own real identity. Accounts registered under false names, borrowed identities or using someone else's payment details will be closed without notice.
• Each individual may hold only one active Game P999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether for bonus abuse, arbitrage or any other reason — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid phone number that you personally own and control. This number is used for account verification and security notifications.

Game P999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

03Deposits & Payment Methods

Game P999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR with no currency conversion applied at any stage.

Deposits are processed instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods.
• There are no platform-level deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Game P999 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified sources.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support through in-app live chat with your transaction reference number.

04Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This policy exists as a security measure to prevent fraudulent redirection of funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa; PKR 1,000 for Raast; PKR 2,000 for bank transfer.
• Daily limits apply based on VIP tier: Standard members up to PKR 50,000; Gold up to PKR 500,000; Diamond members have individually reviewed limits.
• Your first withdrawal requires CNIC identity verification. This is a one-time requirement.
• Game P999 does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees. The amount requested is the amount sent.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by tier. Standard members receive same-day processing for mobile wallets under normal conditions. VIP members receive priority queue processing with significantly faster turnaround times.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if identity verification is outstanding, if there is a suspected breach of these Terms, or if the account is under a security review. Game P999 will communicate any such hold to the player via their registered contact details.

05Sports Betting Rules

Game P999 offers sports betting markets on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection speeds and market availability. Game P999 is not responsible for bets that could not be placed due to network or device issues on the player's end.
• For Cricket matches abandoned without a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless official governing body rules or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methods produce a valid result.
• PSL matches and international series are covered under standard cricket betting rules. The official result as announced by the relevant cricket board is used for settlement purposes.
• Bets placed on incorrect markets, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred, may be voided at Game P999's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Match- fixing, corruption or any form of insider information exploitation voids all related bets and may result in permanent account closure.

06Casino Games

The Casino section on Game P999 includes slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti), card games and instant-win titles. All Casino games are operated with certified random number generation (RNG) for non-live titles, and with professional dealers for live table games.

• Each Casino game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is the theoretical payout rate over a large number of rounds. RTP figures are available within each game's information panel.
• Casino bonuses are subject to game-specific wagering contribution rates. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in each promotion's terms.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game state is saved server-side. Upon reconnecting, the round will resume or be settled from the last recorded server state. Game P999 is not liable for losses caused by player-side connectivity issues.
• Suspected game manipulation or exploitation of software errors voids the relevant round and may result in account suspension pending review.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Game P999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and cashback. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the stated period.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Game P999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in progress.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated staking patterns or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts closed.

08VIP Programme

The Game P999 VIP programme rewards consistent players with enhanced benefits including cashback, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing and dedicated account management. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following:

• VIP tiers are determined by monthly wagering volume on real-money bets. Bonus bets do not count towards VIP tier calculations.
• VIP status is reviewed monthly. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the start of the following month.
• VIP cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirement. It is awarded weekly, typically on Monday mornings.
• VIP benefits, tier thresholds and cashback rates may be adjusted by Game P999 from time to time. Players will be informed of material changes in advance.
• VIP status does not exempt players from these Terms. Violations of platform rules result in the same consequences regardless of VIP tier.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Game P999. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and permanent ban:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using false identity information or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes (arbitrage, matched betting across multiple accounts on Game P999).
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software to place bets, interact with Casino games, or access the platform outside of normal human use.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or money laundering through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access platform systems outside of the normal application interface.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Game P999 may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or account compromise.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12+ months may be flagged as dormant).

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonuses are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after a fraud review period, unless the funds themselves are subject to a dispute or legal hold.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through the account settings section or by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

11Responsible Gaming

• Game P999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses claimed by players in connection with platform use.
• The total liability of Game P999 to any player for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any local laws applicable to their participation in online betting and gaming. Game P999 does not provide legal advice regarding a player's jurisdiction.

14Changes to These Terms

Game P999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via:

Continued use of the Game P999 platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an updated version, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
